The SOLETOSOUL Mentorship Program is designed for disadvantaged, at-risk, or foster youth who are seeking comprehensive support and guidance. The objective of this program is to provide comprehensive support over a period of five (5) months, focusing on these three areas, 'Mindset', 'Biofeedback', and 'Serve'.
"Sole(s)" represent our prospective mentees—individuals who have faced disadvantages and are classified as at-risk or foster youth. We are dedicated to making a positive impact on their lives, recognizing the unique challenges they have encountered.

Mentors undergo a thorough selection process, including background checks and interviews. We seek individuals with a genuine commitment to making a positive impact, possessing the skills to guide and support young individuals in their personal development journey.
The program is for three (3) months and mentees are expected to attend workshops and to meet with your mentor every two weeks at your agreed schedule. Mentors and mentees participate in a variety of activities, including educational outings, skill-building workshops, and goal-setting sessions. The specific activities depend on the interests and needs of the mentor-mentee pairs. The time investment is typically 50 – 70 hours for the entire program.
